In 2016, Carmen relocated to Florida with her family, leaving some relatives and friends in Indiana. With over 25 years of experience in customer service and social services, she noticed a significant need in the community to assist with navigating the complex world of health insurance. This realization led Carmen to establish an agency named My A to Z Insured, and later on Lucas Insurance Solutions Inc, providing tailored solutions and peace of mind to each client. Since then, her dedication and commitment have played a crucial role in establishing a solid reputation and becoming a trusted information hub in the local and surrounding communities.
Currently, our agency is licensed to sell insurance in several states.
AR, AZ, CA, FL, GA, IN, MI, NC, OH, TN, TX, and VA.
In her free time Carmen love to spend time with their family, fishing, going to the beach and enjoying the outdoors. Also, for over 30 years, Carmen have been involved in helping in her community through her local church and different non-profit organizations.
